Cognitive and Physical Anomalies or CPA for short are very common to encounter whenever Lag spikes are present, Cognitive Anomaly affects are disembodied sounds and Vocalization or hallucinations, Physical Anomalies can be categorized by certain events that occur, these events are Abnormal geometry, Random objects floating, Parts of terrain missing and Random structures or humanoid instances appearing.
